This delicacy is our family all-time favorite. We serve lambs on special occasion throughout the year at our home. Nasi Briyani Kambing, barbecued lamb in black pepper sauce *and dad's secret recipe* and mutton curry is my dad's forte.

This school holiday had given me so much energy and literally, my sis and me can't pass a day sans baking. Here's what we baked recently:

And we already received some orders for this cake for upcoming X'mas. Ho ho ho..

Lunch Today: Pizza Junction's Delivery

Last Thursday night, I stayed up sambil tertidur time nak siapkan order untuk our Cheesy Potato Pie, together with my sista. Akibat bercita-cita tinggi, maka rezeki Alhamdulillah masyuk lah juak. We had 10 batches of the pie untuk dibakar dalam oven, and dengan oven yang very comel itu, everything was slow and steady. Ooo kedak tok lah rasa ibu-ibu berjaga malam molah kueh pakey jajak oh. Insaf I, Alhamdulillah, janji kita rajin and kongang berusaha, inshaAllah memang ada :)

So on last Friday, setelah tidurnya akhir and badan rasa sik best kesan lamak dah sik berjaga, so saya rasa quite tired. Sik masak pakey lunch. And hati terasa begitu kowat nak makan pizza. Nak keluar pun malas, waima ada keta di luar umah ya. Bagus I order online jak, best juak diam area E-Mart tok, boleh kata semua ada ctok :)

Time order tek, operator ya nanyak: "Kitak order untuk berapa orang kah?", So i just jawab 3. Then time nya verify order still kedak sik percayak jak apa yang telah diorder. Apakah?

So lunch nya ialah:

Tadaaaaa~~ a wholesome meal for three, Ika, Ifan n me were having this :P No wonder operator ya heran kenak order banyaks gilak, lapar woo laparrrr :P So we had Pepsi, Chicken Mayo pizza, American Cheese Burger Pizza, 4 pcs Gooey Wings, Spagetti Bolognese, 5 Mushroom Soups and Cinnamon Stick. So orang Serawak can call this bermongan-monganan. Oh I don't really care, hikhik.

So, banyaklah leftover nya when kita dah tamahak order banyak-banyak. But sokayyy, ada lah for dinner malam ya. Boleh microwaved dinner jak malam ya lah.

Last weekend was a lonesome one. Hubby was not home, he's got some migration works to do and I was jaded. hmm..hubby's work bunyinya macam vampire ala Edward team kan, migrating..hihi, I can't wait November though. oh..Look!

And yea, I baked! A potato and cheese pie for errr..i dunno whether for dinner and supper. Thank God the pie was very easy to prepare and bake, and

VOILA!

Nice looking stuff right? This pie indeed makes me a happy whale, cause I am so loving the combination of potato and cheese. I've made one for my sista's open house, last two weeks. And I was glad it was the hit amongst the visiting friends and relatives.

Resipi Potato and Cheese Pie -versi Happy Whale!

6 biji kentang-saiz sederhana

Secawan susu UHT

2 biji telur

Garam, serbuk perisa, lada sulah

125g gram butter

Cheddar cheese- jenis slice dan bar

Daging (boleh pilih samada sosej atau meatloaf, paling best guna ayamas)

Breadcrumbs

Here's how-to!

1. Kentang dibuang kulit, rebus sampai empuk, ditos dan dilecek.

2. Setelah kentang dilecek, masukkan butter dan 3 keping cheese. Gaulkan sampai hancur n smooth.

3. Masukkan susu.

4. Telur dipukul dengan garam, serbuk perisa n lada. Lepas tu masukkan kedalam kentang tadi. Gaul sampai sebati. Kalau kentang tu tak smooth sgt, boleh blend.

4. Griskan acuan dgn butter. Masukkan setengah adunan kentang.

5. Susun kan satu lapisan sosej atau meatloaf. Then susun kan satu lapisan cheese keping. It will take you about 5 slices of cheese.

6, Masukkan lebihan adunan. Parut cheddar cheese (bar)l dan taburkan di atas sekali.

7. Lastly, taburkan satu lapisan nipis breadcrumbs. Potongkan butter yg beku kecil2, Letakkan jarang2 secara random on top of all.

8. Bakar di dalam oven, degree 200 darjah sehingga masak. Selepas siap, biarkan a while before dipotong ya.

Hope ada yang nak try lah, seswai sangat for tea-time, it's easy to make, cheap, yummy and menggemokkan! furthermore dapat banyak pahala when uols rajin buat for your hubby and anak-anak tercinta.

Title di atas sila sebut dengan slang dan lidah berbelit-belit okay :) Oh like totally, memang I suka sangat western food. It's like a must try for me, anywhere I go to diner yang mahal ka yang murr ka, tak kesah. Coz I curious nak rasa, mana tahu kalau sedap boleh ler tempat tu jadi favourite spot untuk dating :) I am skinny girl with big appetite, fyi :)

Uhh.. I am kinda cranky rite now, not yet going back home after a cranky day of working.. Had to stay back due to some matter of the troublesome visitor.. and my stomach now is playing good sound of hum~drum.. i am famished..huhu! I can't wait to be at home, and to cook my favvy:
